  • If at all possible, please pay cash. We have a free ATM on premise. We also accept CashApp and Venmo. We are phasing out our ACH payment terminal because of the expense.

  • We decided to rebrand as “High Note Dispensary & Dabber Hashery” to give a sense of our expanded offerings (consumption events coming soon!) Also the “dabs” and “hash” keywords were making marketing difficult (remember cannabis is still a no-no at the federal level). But don’t worry, the sartorial pun many of you love isn’t going anywhere!

  • New York state requires all legal cannabis dispensaries to charge a 13% excise tax on products containing THC. While 4% of that tax does go directly into the City of Elmira’s coffers, we understand that 13% is a lot. We are committed to staying as affordable as we can and our advertised prices always INCLUDE the 13% tax so there are no surprises.

As we approach our one year anniversary, we thank you for your loyalty and support. In an effort to reduce costs and improve customer service, we have discontinued our e-store and instead will be posting our daily menus to this new site. If you would like to pre-order for pickup or curbside, please text or call 607-398-0150. We will also try to accommodate requests for delivery within 5 miles. UPDATES: We have lowered the price of the NYC Diesel Kief Infused Pre-Roll to $14 including tax. We are running low on Pancakes Pre-Rolls but we have Bananaconda Pre-Rolls back in stock (they just aren’t on the chalkboard yet). Be sure to check out our Flower Tasting Flight under “Specials.” You get an assortment of our Elmira Grown Flower to try for a great price (which might have to go up a little bit so be prepared—we’re still figuring things out). Limit 2 per customer for this season. (and, yes, we are keeping track)

Product Spotlight: Rick Simpson Oil (RSO)

$60 incl. tax

Rick Simpson Oil (RSO), also known as Full Extract Cannabis Oil (FECO), is a highly concentrated cannabis extract made using the whole plant. Unlike many refined products that isolate specific compounds, RSO/FECO is valued for preserving the plant’s full spectrum of cannabinoids, terpenes, waxes, and other naturally occurring components. The result is a thick, dark oil with a strong aroma and an equally strong reputation.

Many people are drawn to RSO because of its potency and versatility. It’s often used in very small amounts and can be consumed in different ways depending on personal preference. Over the years, RSO has developed a devoted following, particularly among individuals looking for robust, full-spectrum cannabis experiences.

Packaged in a convenient 1G syringe for easy dispensing. Start with a very small amount—no bigger than a grain of rice. Gently heating in warm water will help with dispensing. This stuff is VERY sticky so use caution!
