what Id do I need?
We are a licensed 21+ recreational dispensary. We don’t require a medical card or a NY state ID. Any government issued ID showing you’re 21+ will work!
what makes cannabis "legal"
Legal cannabis has been lab tested to ensure accurate dosing and purity (no mold, pesticides, or toxins). Legal dispensaries contribute taxes to their local municipalities and take responsibility for the consumer staying safe, healthy, and happy.
why is legal cannabis so expensive?
Unfortunately when NYS legalized cannabis they created a lot of rules around testing, which is good because it keeps you safe but bad because we have to pass those expenses on to you. There’s also a mandatory 13% tax on all THC products. BUT 4% of our taxes go right back to the City of Elmira and we keep our prices low by growing for consistency (rather than novelty) and avoiding the trends.
